Sharing this beautiful Glamping wedding from Padstow. It’s one of those where everything you hoped it would be, it becomes, and that's down to all those brilliant creative souls involved!
We pitched 15 guest Bell Tents for Beccy and Tom’s special Glamping Wedding weekend at Tregonce Farm, Padstow. It was a weekend crammed full of all the best things. From disco balls, sea swims, jeroboam seating plans, Cava-pong, BBQ’s, candelabra’s, fireworks and Glamping. But most of all celebration and fun!
Beccy and Tom are a great example of a couple who'd spent a lot of time, money and effort into organising their wedding so wanted it to last more than one day. Having their guests staying onsite in a Bell Tent Village meant it could be a full festival weekend, giving them more time to spend with the people they loved. With the added bonus that it was super easy for guests. No need to worry about getting back to the B&B, sorting out taxis and having designated drivers. Their Glamping accommodation was there and waiting for them when they arrived.
If you know you want an outdoor Glamping Wedding in Cornwall but don’t know where to start? Start with this venue! Tregonce Farm Wedding Venue is a blank canvas outdoor venue with an unbelievable view across to the Rock and Padstow. There’s so much space that Ysella's Bell Tent villages can be set up to accommodate up to 200 guests. It provides the perfect coastal Glamping wedding setting, so you can wake up in your luxury Bell Tent to beautiful surroundings.
The venue team can advise from their vast experience and manage all necessary aspects of planning an outdoor event, as well as on-day coordination. The couple also had a very experienced wedding planner. And although a rural venue, it’s only 20 minutes from Newquay Airport, which quickly connects (55 minutes direct with Ryanair!) Padstow and Rock to London Gatwick and London Stanstead. So ideal for London and South East couples wanting to escape the city for a Glamping Wedding extravaganza. Perfect for guests travelling in to the county. The wedding was held over three days, guests arriving mid-afternoon on Friday for welcome drinks (our standard check-in time is 3pm, but is flexible). Followed by an evening buffet and nightcap. The guests enjoyed a restful nights Glamping under the stars, on a real bed with beautiful linens. Some enjoyed a sea swim first thing, before getting ready for the wedding ceremony, held at 1pm. Followed by the reception. A BBQ brunch was arranged with garden games on Sunday before guest departures.
The Cornish Tent Co provided a beautiful Sailcloth Marquee, complete with a rustic vibe.
